Introduction to our Wellbeing Holidays

We run two types of Wellbeing Holidays, both 6 day, all-inclusive holidays designed to return you back to your day-to-day life re-invigorated & re-inspired. Our Healthy Cooking & Wellbeing holidays combine cooking lessons, workshops and discussions with a range of wellbeing sessions with one of our personal trainers, and our Vegetarian Cooking & Yoga holidays combine cooking lessons, workshops and discussions with yoga sessions and mediation. The Healthy Cooking & Wellbeing Course has been designed to showcase some of the latest health & fitness training programs and some of the latest thinking in healthy eating. It is a 6 day all-inclusive holiday designed to educate you about your body, how you eat & how you exercise enabling you to finish the week with an idea of how you would like to put your own blueprint for healthy living together.


Combining how you eat already with new dietary ideas we will try out in the week, we will help you work out a personalised healthy eating plan and give you tips on how you can practically fit it into your lifestyle. We cover the pros & cons for individuals of gluten free, lactose free, high fat, Paleo, low carb diets, FODMAP & other exclusion diets for those with dietary issues and promote good old fresh, seasonal, healthy cooking alongside any of these that works for you.


This course is run by Chef Emma Lawrenson, alongside our other chef's & one of our Personal Trainers - see the About us page to meet our Personal Trainers. We are flexible in our approach & can integrate any existing dietary or exercise requirements you have into your schedule, in addition to introducing you to some new ideas. Above all we aim to ensure you have an enjoyable & interesting holiday that returns you back to your day-to-day life re-invigorated & re-inspired.

The Vegetarian Cooking & Yoga Course has been designed to combine learning about healthy, delicious balanced vegetarian cooking with developing your yoga practice. It is a 6 day all-inclusive holiday suitable for beginers and more advanced yoga staudents, as we work in small groups so can give clients individual attention. We will include some meditation sessions and optional alpine hikes into the week.


This course is run by Chef Emma Lawrenson, alongside our other chef's & one of our experienced yoga teachers - see the About us page to meet our yoga practitioners. We are flexible in our approach & can integrate any existing dietary or exercise requirements you have into your schedule, in addition to introducing you to some new ideas. Above all we aim to ensure you have an enjoyable & interesting holiday that returns you back to your day-to-day life re-invigorated & re-inspired.

Healthy Cooking & Wellbeing Course Itinerary

 

Breakfast will be at 8.00am – 8.30am every morning.
Lunch will be 12.30pm - 1.30pm
(and is followed by 1 hours free time). Dinner is at 7.30pm.

Sun: Arrival after 2pm / 30 minute Individual Health Assessments / Welcome drinks / Dinner in chalet

Mon: 9.00am to 10.30am Individual Health Assessments / 11.00am to 12.00pm Kettlercise / Lunch / 2.30pm Afternoon Cooking session - Organic Lean Meat & Wild Game / Dinner in chalet

Tues:10.00am to 12.00pm Morning Cooking session - Super Seeds & Grains, Lentils, Beans & Pulses / Lunch / 3.00pm to 4.00pm Bodysculpt / Hike / Dinner in chalet

Wed: Italian Day Out - Market visit / Lunch in Italy / Thermal Spa visit / Cook & eat Italian dinner in chalet

Thurs: Morning Cooking session - Sourcing & cooking with Fish / Lunch / 3.00pm – 4.00pm Core training session /  1 hour ‘Total Balance’ workshop / Dinner in chalet

Fri: 9.30am to 12.00am Morning Cooking session - Quick & Easy meal combinations for Essential amino acids, Omega Oils & Vitamins / Lunch / 3.00pm to 4.00pm Lake circuits, stretch & relax / Dinner out at L’Impossible Organic Restaurant, Chamonix

Sat: Departure after breakfast

Wellbeing Holiday Costs

6 day Healthy Cooking & Wellbeing Courses Cost: £1650 shared room / £1800 single occupancy


6 day Vegetarian Cooking & Yoga Courses Cost: £1650 shared room / £1800 single occupancy


Non participating partner: you can book a non participating friend or partner in on most of our holidays - just ask for reduced price.


3 day Mini break: you can usually book for a 3 day mini break instead of the full week on most of our holidays - just ask for prices.


N.B There may be a €200 per room supplement for any bookings in July & August.
